Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website noblecharge.in or engaging the services of Noble Charge Private Limited ("Noble Charge", "we", "us", "our"), a Private Limited Company incorporated and registered in the State of Rajasthan, India (GSTIN: 08AALCN0288R1ZL).
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, placing an order, or making a payment, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services Offered
Noble Charge provides the following products and services:
- Design, manufacture and supply of EV charging equipment (AC chargers, DC fast chargers, 2W/3W chargers).
- Site feasibility assessment and survey.
- Electrical installation and commissioning of charging stations.
- Cloud-based Charging Management System (CMS) integration.
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and post-installation support.
- Technical consultation and project advisory services.
2. Quotations and Orders
- All quotations issued by Noble Charge are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated. Applicable GST will be charged as per prevailing rates.
- An order is confirmed only upon receipt of written acceptance (email or signed agreement) and advance payment as specified in the quotation.
- Noble Charge reserves the right to revise quotations based on changes in material costs, site conditions, or customer requirements.
3. Payment Terms
- Payments can be made via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), cheque, or online through our Razorpay payment gateway.
- Standard payment terms are: 50% advance upon order confirmation, 40% before dispatch/installation, and 10% upon commissioning, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Late payments beyond the agreed due date will attract interest at 18% per annum on the outstanding amount.
- Payments made through Razorpay are subject to Razorpay's Terms of Service. Noble Charge is not liable for any technical failures, delays, or errors on the part of Razorpay.
4. GST and Invoicing
- Noble Charge is registered under the Goods and Services Tax Act. GSTIN: 08AALCN0288R1ZL.
- GST will be charged at applicable rates on all taxable supplies.
- Tax invoices will be issued in accordance with the provisions of the GST Act, 2017.
- Customers claiming Input Tax Credit (ITC) must ensure their GSTIN details are provided accurately at the time of order.
5. Delivery and Installation
- Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to availability of materials and site readiness.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site is accessible, has adequate power supply, and meets the minimum electrical requirements specified by Noble Charge.
- Noble Charge will not be held liable for delays caused by site unavailability, civil work delays, or lack of required clearances from local authorities or discoms.
- Risk in goods transfers to the customer upon delivery to the site, regardless of whether installation is complete.
6. Warranty
- Noble Charge provides a limited warranty on its products as specified in the product documentation or purchase agreement.
- Warranty is void in cases of physical damage, unauthorized tampering, improper use, use outside specified electrical parameters, or damage due to Acts of God.
- Warranty does not cover wear and tear of consumable components (cables, connectors, etc.).
- Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period. Noble Charge's obligation is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts at its sole discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and software — is the intellectual property of Noble Charge Private Limited and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
8. Online Payments via Razorpay
- Noble Charge uses Razorpay as its payment gateway for secure online transactions.
- By making a payment through Razorpay, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Noble Charge does not store your card details, UPI credentials, or net banking passwords. Payment data is processed entirely on Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
- In the event of a failed transaction, the amount will be refunded to your source account within 5–7 business days by Razorpay/your bank. Noble Charge is not liable for delays in such refunds.
9. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info@noblecharge.in.
- Cancellations received before dispatch of goods or commencement of installation work will be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy.
- Once installation work has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted. Any recoverable costs may be refunded after deducting expenses already incurred.
- AMC contracts may be cancelled with 30-days written notice before the renewal date.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Noble Charge's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, our products, or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Noble Charge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noble Charge, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products or services.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Jaipur, Rajasthan. The courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters not submitted to arbitration.
13. Force Majeure
Noble Charge shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, power failures, civil unrest, or pandemic-related restrictions.
14. Amendments
Noble Charge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
